What is the process of setting up LucidEra on my company’s data?

LucidEra is simple to set up. First we bring in your CRM data from salesforce.com. The only requirement is that you provide us a username and password that has at least read-only access to all data. You may also enter an existing username and password confidentially without sharing it with LucidEra. This user must have access to all relevant data. After that, LucidEra automatically connects to salesforce.com and reads your data. We start taking LucidSnapshots for trending analysis and prepare it for slice-and-dice analysis. You can start using LucidEra on your Salesforce data within a day.

Next we bring in relevant spreadsheet data such as quotas. Integrating, cleansing, and storing your combined sales and customer data is all done behind the scenes with LucidEra.

If you are looking to get a complete picture of your sales pipeline, from the time a lead is entered to the time the customer receives an invoice, you need to bring in data that typically resides in your company’s financial applications. LucidEra Enterprise is the right analytic solution for you. If your financial application is an on-demand application like NetSuite then the data reading process works the same way as salesforce.com. If it’s an on-premise application like Oracle, we will work with you to set up the access appropriately to conform to your company’s policies and standards.

How much data can LucidEra handle?
