Opportunity:

We’re looking for a sales professional who wants the challenge of closing sales in a completely new market: Business Intelligence on Demand. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Leverage your skills as a sales professional to scope, define and implement effective sales plans for your assigned territory or market.
  • Use your sales skills to prospect, develop and close opportunities in your assigned territory or market.
  • Provide input to new sales approaches for the “Software as a Service” model.
  • Work directly with customer accounts throughout their lifecycle including contract negotiation, deployment and renewal.
  • Provide regular feedback regarding the sales cycle, customer experience, customer needs, marketing programs, industry trends and competitive threats.
  • Be part of an energized startup that is nimble and exciting.

Qualifications:

  • A track record of consistently exceeding individual and team goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Familiarity with reporting, business intelligence market, mid-market companies a major plus.
  • A lot of enthusiasm, energy, and intelligence, with a can-do attitude. We also like people with a good sense of humor – just so you know.
