LucidSnapshots scans all opportunities or orders and matches the customer names to analyze how many new versus repeat customers they involve, by time period. Each of these data sets are then analyzed in detail to deliver metrics such as relative win rates.
  • Product cross-sell and up-sell analysis: For a given product, LucidSnapshots will detail what portion of business is from new versus old customers. For repeat customers, LucidSnapshots will detail how many customers bought the same versus a new product as well as de-duplicate and match customer names for opportunities and orders.
  • Beginning of quarter pipeline comparison analysis: LucidSnapshots allows managers to make quick comparisons between time periods and calculate changes between current and fixed reference points. Year-to-date, quarter-to-date, or month-to-date information can be easily analyzed and compared.
  • Deleted transaction history analysis: With LucidSnapshots you can even look at information that has been deleted from your transactional systems. Because LucidEra aggregates and stores historical data and makes it available on-demand, if you roll back the clock to a point before information was deleted, it will still be available for analysis.
