The Week that Was on Keep it Simple
It’s Friday and I’m sitting at the top of the leader board in my NCAA basketball pool. I know, I’m shocked too. The best part of it is that Lance Walter from Pentaho is down in the basement with a couple of the Performance Guys. Too bad I picked Georgetown to make it to the final. At least I’ve still got UCLA…but so do a lot of other people in the pool. Oh well. I just want to see Bill Walton go overboard when they win it all!
As for the week that was on the Keep it Simple blog, here’s a summary:
- Business Intelligence Techno Babble (Cindi Howson and George Carlin go toe-to-toe on buzz-word compliance)
- Death of the Software Suite (Intaact continues the best-of-breed vs. monolithic suites on Sandhill.com)
- LucidEra Wins 2008 Beagle Research CRM WizKids Award (It’s interesting to note that 6 of the 7 winners are listed on the salesforce.com AppExchange)
- Hitting ‘21′ in Your Sales Pipeline (Nate Bride returns after some Vegas inspiration)
- Salesforce.com Live in Santa Clara (Just a plug for next week’s Salesforce event in Santa Clara next week)
Have a great weekend. Go Bruins!
