Keep it Simple Week in Review
What was I thinking? George Mason, Kent State, Oral Roberts, Cornell, and West Virginia have all let me down so far in my NCAA basketball pool! What can I say? I love the underdog! And when I made my picks (in all of 10 minutes), I was obviously still inspired by this quote in a Gartner press release:
“Much of the innovation in the BI space will come from emerging technologies that will make it easier for users to build and consume their own reports and analytical applications.”
Thanks to Selling Power for a great event in Vegas yesterday. Here’s the week that was on the Keep it Simple blog:
- Bad Breath or No Breath at All (high praise for a post from Aaron Ross)
- Gartner Continues to Talk SaaS Business Intelligence (the large industry analyst firms are coming around!)
- LucidInsights Volume 3 (the latest LucidEra newsletter goes out)
- Sales Pipeline Fact, Fiction, or Fantasy Resources Available (webinar recording and whitepaper)
We also posted an article on Managing March Madness with Sales Analytics over on the SalesforceTimes site. Have a fantastic Easter weekend (if you’re so inclined), March Break (if you’re lucky), and good luck in your pool (if you’re a gambler / basketball fan).
