10 Days to Insight

I’ve been spending quite a bit of time since Dreamforce working with our customer success team and salesforce.com customers who have registered for our 10 Days to Insight trial. It’s an amazing moment when someone first sees what kind of business insight and visibility is possible with a system built from the ground up to deliver on-demand, interactive reporting and analysis. The 10 day trial is typically the next step once you’ve spent some time with the LucidEra test-drive and you’re ready to start taking historical snapshots of your own CRM data to get a better picture of pipeline trends over time. Time and time again Salesforce customers get particularly excited about:
- Daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly LucidSnapshots
- New versus existing business
- Beginning of quarter analysis
- The ability to analyze data across objects and matched accounts
- Opportunity – product analysis
- Territory performance analysis

Ken Rudin is the VP of Market Development at LucidEra. He co-founded the on-demand business intelligence company in 2005. Ken is a veteran of the rapidly growing software as a service industry with over 7 years of experience as an executive with leading on-demand software vendors. These include roles at Salesforce.com, at Netsuite (as an advisor), and at Siebel's on-demand division.
Darren Cunningham is the Director of Product Marketing at LucidEra. Prior to joining LucidEra he was the Category Director for salesforce.com AppExchange Analytics and Data Management. Before joining the on-demand world, he spent over 7 years at Business Objects.
