10 Days to Insight

I’ve been spending quite a bit of time since Dreamforce working with our customer success team and salesforce.com customers who have registered for our 10 Days to Insight trial. It’s an amazing moment when someone first sees what kind of business insight and visibility is possible with a system built from the ground up to deliver on-demand, interactive reporting and analysis. The 10 day trial is typically the next step once you’ve spent some time with the LucidEra test-drive and you’re ready to start taking historical snapshots of your own CRM data to get a better picture of pipeline trends over time. Time and time again Salesforce customers get particularly excited about:

  1. Daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly LucidSnapshots
  2. New versus existing business
  3. Beginning of quarter analysis
  4. The ability to analyze data across objects and matched accounts
  5. Opportunity – product analysis
  6. Territory performance analysis
  7. Running sums and percentages
  8. Categorization and enrichment
  9. Reporting correct information for historical deals in different currencies
  10.  The ability to bring in Excel data (commissions, quotas, etc.) and a path to unified CRM and financial / ERP data analysis
